Lots of Goodies!!!

WOW, What a week this past week has been! I would love to thank you for all the comments left, here, in the CBox, and at 4shared. And a special thank you to Paulett in Ohio, who took the time to email me and let me know how much she appreciates my creations. You are the ones who inspire me to keep sharing what I create when playing around in PSP.

I've received three awards in the last couple of days, two of them by two different people, this week, plus a couple of them I've gotten it in the past.
The rules of each of these awards said that I had to pass them on, as I've already received the first two, I've passed them on in the past. So I'll only be passing the third one along at this time.

I've had a chance to play with some new overlays by June, that will be released later this week in her stores. They are FANTASTIC!! Keep an eye out on her blog for the release of the overlays. I've made a paper pack to share with you using these overlays. I hope that you can find a use for these.

August '08 CT Collab

The CT team of Cen's Stuff have got together and decided to make another collab kit for you. Each day, a different share, and today is my day to share with you! And as usual, I had a hard time just making a small kit. The theme for this one is beach, exotic. I've managed the beach part but not to exotic. Trading Cards & Badge Holders

it's official...I'm a Wylde woman! I'm very honored that June thinks of me as a Wylde woman. Thanks from the bottom of my heart June.

The Purpose of the Award: To send love and acknowledgment to women who brighten your day, teach you new things and live their lives fully with generosity and joy.

So after some thought I would like to pass it to:

1. Kim at KimB Designs one of the first scrapping blogs that I visited when I started digiscrapping. Her since of humor and the stories she tells on her blog always brings a smile to my face.

Now for the freebie that I have for you today. I recently made a small scrapbook for my purse, using badge holders. It is great for having pictures of my children & grandchildren always with me. Here are some templates in the perfect size for trading cards or to use in a project such as I just finished. There are 5 templates - 2.5x3.5 inches each. Available in both PSP & PSD forms.

Fried Green Tomatoes

I'm soooo tired!!! My DH and I have spent the weekend going to some of the sales on the Hwy 127 Yard Sale. I love yard sales and a bargain, so we had a great time! We usually set up on this route, but this year for a change of pace we decided to go to them ourselves. We ran across some great bargains, one is this brew & grind coffee maker, which had only been used once. We bought it for a $1.00 !! After looking this up online to try and find the manual for how it works, I found out this was $129.00 when bought new. To the person who sold this to us, I'd like to say Thank You again, this works perfect and makes the best coffee . We also found lots more Christmas directions. So DH will have a ball putting them up this year :)

I took a look at Kim's color challenge over at DSO, and all I could see in these colors are the tomatoes that my hubby had set out, and I've been so busy with lately putting them up (what we haven't ate) for eating on a later date. I hope you like and can find a use for my newest kit ...

Thanks for another great color challenge Kim. I really enjoy these :) While looking online for new and different recipes for tomatoes, I ran across an interesting one called - Green Tomato Cake . I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I plan on trying it in a few days. I scrapped the recipe using this kit. If anyone would like it, you can find the download links below, for both the scrapped version (includes text version), and a text only version.

Note Added: I forgot to add that I used a CU template by Kimberly Wresh in the making of this LO. I know she stated that no credit was required but I still like to give proper credit.

Seven Years Today

Today is our anniversary. My DH and I have been married seven years today, and I must say they have been the BEST seven years of my life!!! So this will be a short post to let you know of some QP's that Tanya has made to share with you, using my portion of the Zoo Spirit kit.

Zoo Spirit

The ladies at ADS Designers have been at it again!!! This month we have for you the MEGA kit - Zoo Spirit. How do you get it? Just by doing some blog-hopping!! When you finish at my blog, see the links below to visit the other blogs and grab up all the parts and you will end up with a HUGE kit! Remember we are all in different parts of the world so if you go to a link and its not there try it again later. Also things happen beyond a designers control so be kind if you don't find something at a link.
